General Information Regarding Admission
1. LKG Admissions:
- Admission will be open for LKG from December onwards for the next academic year.
2. UKG to Grade 8 Admissions:
- Admissions for UKG to Grade 8 will be based on an admission test.
- The admission tests are likely to be scheduled in March, April, and May.
3.Procedure For Admission
a. Copy of Birth Certificate (The original also should be shown for verification and should be collected back on the spot)
b. Five copies of passport size photo
c. Transfer Certificate in the case of Admission to Grade Second and above.
d. In the case of OBC, caste certificate should be submitted during admission
2.Age limit for admission is as per CBSE norms.
3. The payment of fees is structured in monthly. If any student gets admission in the middle of any term the full fees of that term should be paid.
4. In the case of student's leaving the school, all dues including the library books and other liabilities) should be cleared. Then only the TC will be issued.
5. In the case of withdrawal in the middle of the term, the fees paid for the term will not be refunded.
6. Normal TC will be issued after 10 working days from the submission of specific filled in application form for the same. Time frame for Issuing of attested TC depends upon the policy of CBSE Regional Office.
4. System of Evaluation
KINDERGARTEN:
Kindergarten will have monthly worksheet tests. . They will be assessed based upon overall performance in the class.
GRADE 1 – 4
Students from Class 1-4 will have monthly worksheet tests. . They will be assessed based upon overall performance in the class.
GRADE 5 – 8
School Examination ( For grades 5- 8 )
Periodic Assessment: 10 marks
Note book: 5 Marks
Subject enrichment activity - 5 Marks
Theory exam (80 marks):
Entire syllabus will be included in the exam.
Marks and grades will be awarded for individual subjects.
Periodic Assessment salient features will be completed through four different modes.

Subject Enrichment Activities ( 5 marks) -These are subject-specific activities aimed at enhancing the understanding and skills of the students. These activities are to be carried out throughout the term.
